Can I use the Apple Watch plan perk with any device?
To use the Apple Watch plan perk, you must have a compatible iPhone and an Apple Watch GPS + Cellular model.
What if I don't want any of the free perks my plan comes with?
Free perks included with your plan are optional. They will only be added to your account if you request them after your primary line is activated. To add your perks, you may log in to your Account Portal or contact Customer Support by dialing 611 from your PureTalk phone or by calling (877) 820-7873.
How do I add my free perk?
Once you have ordered PureTalk service with a plan that comes with a free perk, you will activate your primary line, as normal. Once your primary line has been activated, you can log in to your Account Portal or contact Customer Support by dialing 611 from your PureTalk phone or by calling (877) 820-7873.
Are my perks actually free?
Absolutely! There's no added cost for adding any of the perks included with your plan.
Are the free perks included automatically?

Do I need to stay on a specific plan to keep the free perks?
Yes. To keep your free perks, you must remain on a plan where those perks are available. You can change to another eligible plan without losing them.
What happens to my free perks if I cancel my plan?
If your plan is canceled, your free perks will also be canceled.
Are free perks tied to my phone number or my account?
Free perks are tied to your phone number. Available perks depend on the plan on your line.
Can I suspend my service and keep my free perks?
If you temporarily suspend your line, your free perks will also be suspended until the suspension is removed.
Are there any requirements to use the Second Number perk?
