Plans, Phones & Services

iPhone to iPhone iMessages and FaceTime are supported on PureTalk. However, data is required to use these services. Yes! You can view our phones on our website under Shop Phones. Absolutely! Just dial 611 from your PureTalk phone.

PureTalk does not practice congestion-based data de-prioritization. That means your speeds will not be reduced simply because the network is busy — you are never queued behind other customers during peak usage periods.

Please note that this is separate from our usage-based speed management policy: once you use your plan’s high-speed data allotment, speeds are reduced for the remainder of your billing cycle regardless of network conditions.

The cost of service will depend on which plan you choose and the number of lines you have. Currently, our plans start at $24.99 and go up to $64.99 depending on how much data you need. PureTalk calculates all usage per line. To view usage for each line, log into MY ACCOUNT. You can purchase a device from PureTalk Shop Phones pages or bring your own unlocked and GSM compatible phone. We now support Wi-Fi calling on most Apple devices. We cannot guarantee service/support for Apple Watch at this time.
