It's pretty rare for our customers to want to cancel, but we understand sometimes things don't work out. If that's the case, you can cancel at any time for any reason. Just contact Customer Support to request a refund by dialing 611 from your PureTalk phone or by calling (877) 820-7873.

When you call PureTalk Customer Support to cancel your service and your account still qualifies for our Money Back Guarantee, you must specifically request your refund to start the process.

The date of your next bill is available online in your Account Portal. Just log in and click Billing tab in the navigation bar. Your next bill date is also displayed on your Account Portal home page.

No problem. If you never activate your line, you may request a refund within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. For an eSIM-only order, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Your refund will be returned to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your statement.
