Orders & Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your Order Status using your order number and email address.

If you ordered a physical SIM or a device, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout. Delivery time will depend on the order processing time and your chosen shipping option. Any orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number.
