Account PIN

An Account PIN is a six-digit number you create to help verify your identity and add extra security to your PureTalk account. You will need to provide your PIN when contacting PureTalk Customer Support so our team can confirm you are authorized to access the account.

Your Account PIN is used to help verify your identity when you call in to speak with Customer Support.

You can update your Account PIN any time by logging in to your Account Portal. Customer Support is unable to update your Account PIN.

If you do not remember your Account PIN, you can log in to your online Account Portal to change or update your PIN.
