PureTalk offers compatible hotspot devices to work with our hotspot plans. Support for hotspot devices purchased outside of PureTalk is not guaranteed. If you plan to use your hotspot plan with a different device, confirm the device is compatible with PureTalk's network. Tablet plans work with many compatible Apple and Android tablets. If you need a new tablet, PureTalk offers several options. If you plan to use your own tablet or purchase one elsewhere, confirm the device is compatible with PureTalk's service. PureTalk's tablet and hotspot plans are data-only plans for tablet and hotspot use. Each plan includes a set amount of high-speed data. After you use your high-speed data, data speed is reduced until your plan renews. No overage fees apply.

If you need more high-speed data before your next bill date, log in to your Account Portal to purchase more from the "Add-Ons" page. If you regularly run out of data, you can upgrade your plan in the Account Portal anytime. PureTalk's tablet and hotspot plans are data-only plans. Absolutely! If you run out of high-speed data before your next billing cycle, you can choose to upgrade your plan or purchase additional high-speed data by visiting your Account Portal or by contacting Customer Support by dialing 611 from your PureTalk phone or calling (877) 820-7873. After you use your high-speed data, data speed is reduced until your plan renews. No overage fees apply.
