Risk Free Guarantee

With PureTalk, there are no contracts, no long-distance fees, no roaming fees, no additional handset fees, and no prepaid cards. You and your family just use your phones and at the end of the month, we bill the credit card or debit card we have on file for the plan you choose.

This 30 day guarantee enables new PureTalk customers to receive a full refund if they are unhappy with their service during the period until their next bill date, or 500 minutes or 500 MB of data is used, whichever comes first.

Risk-free guarantee is eligible for new accounts activating on or after 10/1/18. Customer has until their next bill date, or 500 minutes or 500 MB of data usage (whichever comes first) to contact customer service and initiate the refund request. Next bill date is viewable online by logging into the customer portal or by dialing 611. Customer’s monthly service plan, SIM card, and any applicable taxes are eligible for a refund. If a line is never activated, customer has up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund processing. Additionally, Customers may cancel service within 14 days of activation; but will only receive a refund if service is cancelled after a customer’s next bill date, or 500 minutes, or 500 MB of data usage (whichever comes first). PureTalk™ does not charge an early termination fee. Device purchases are not covered under this policy.

After your Risk-free trial period ends, no refunds will be issued for any portion of unused monthly service plan. However, customer will not be billed on their next billing date.
