Here’s how it works

Travel for
business overseas

Every plan includes up to $20/month* of international credits, so your work phone will automatically work in 50+ countries. No SIM swapping or apps required.

Use your work phone internationally
like you do in the U.S.

When you travel outside of the country for business, you’ll automatically have up to $20 of international credits. When you make a call, send texts, or use data it will be deducted from your credit balance.

No overages or
surprise charges

If you use all your existing international credit, your business will not be charged any fees. If you need more international credits while working out of the country, just log into your account portal and select the International Roaming Add-On.**

*Credit amount depends on your plan. **Credits do not rollover

FAQs

International Roaming allows you use your mobile service to make calls, send SMS messages and use data while traveling outside of the United States.

To call a local number in the country you are visiting, dial 011 followed by the country code, the city code and the number (for example: if you are visiting Germany dial 011 49 69 555555). To call the US, Canada, Bermuda, Guam, Virgin Islands and other Caribbean destinations dial 1, the area code and the number (example: 1-555-123-4567).

$30 plan includes $10.00 international roaming credits
$45 plan includes $10.00 international roaming credits
$60 plan includes $20.00 international roaming credits

Any remaining International Roaming credits from your plan will not carry over to the next billing cycle or recharge period.

Have data ready for when you arrive/land in a new country by making sure you purchase the International Roaming add-on. You can purchase to-ups in your “My Account” portal. Be sure to check out the roaming rates to your travel destination before you go.

Yes, International Roaming to these destinations is included on the Unlimited Talk and Text plan. To purchase more international roaming, go to “My Account” portal.

Unfortunately, you can only use the service within the country you are traveling to. For example, if you are traveling to London you cannot call Germany.

Make sure roaming is enabled on your phone. You might need to power cycle your device to enable roaming.
